Positive Futures: Relationships (Complete)
Positive Futures: Relationships Complete is a 25 session programme.
Objectives:
- Increase emotional management skills and apply to intimate relationships
- Improve conflict resolution skills and apply to intimate relationships
- Increase stress management skills
- Increase insight into problem behaviour from trauma-informed and strengths-based perspectives
- Increase our ability to reflect on self-states and how our partner may be thinking and feeling in our interactions
- Increase understanding of the psychological impact of adverse childhood experiences
- Increase understanding of the development of attachment style
Positive Futures: Relationships (Lite)
Positive Futures: Relationships (Lite) is a 14 session programme.
Objectives:
- Increase emotional management skills and apply to intimate relationships
- Improve conflict resolution skills and apply to intimate relationships
- Increase stress management skills
- Increase insight into problem behaviour from trauma-informed and strengths-based perspectives
- Increase ability to reflect on self-states and how our partner may be thinking and feeling in our interactions
Positive Futures: Youth
Positive Futures: Youth is a 20 session programme.
Objectives:
- Increase insight into problem behaviour from trauma-informed and strengths-based perspectives
- Increase emotional management skills and apply to problem behaviour
- Improve conflict resolution skills and apply to problem behaviour
- Increase stress management skills
- Increase ability to reflect on self-states and how others may be thinking and feeling
Positive Futures: Parenting
Positive Futures: Parenting is a 25 session programme.
Objectives:
- Increase parents' insight of children’s problem behaviour from trauma-informed and strengths-based perspectives
- Increase parents' understanding of the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences
- Increase parents' ability to reflect on their and their children's thoughts and feelings
- Increase parents' understanding of attachment and how this relates to the needs of children
- Increase emotional management skills and apply these to parenting
- Improve conflict resolution skills in relation to parenting
- Increase stress management skills and apply to parenting
- Increase understanding and skills relating to safety, basic care, emotional warmth, stimulation, guidance and boundaries and stability.
